T-gas has a nice set of videos with "5-Hour Energy Sports". Whenever I use 5-Hour energy for skiing, it's only to keep me awake as I drive non-stop through the night to get to Orlando for early spring skiing. Never thought about actually using it for athletic performance. What do you think.
