Slalom Fitness Components, Training, Energy Systems, Muscle Groups etc.

As part of a Physical Education class, I am studying the Slalom Fitness Components, Training, Energy Systems, Muscle Groups etc. and I was wondering does anyone, whether they be personal trainers or just a skier with an idea, have any training programs for slalom, specifically?
