During the recovery of my ankle injury, I have had time to look through all of the pics and vids that were taken over the summer. I noticed that I plie (bend my knees out in opposite directions) quite a bit on my weak side cut. I am assuming this is sloppy form. So my questions are:
1) Is this at all common?
2) What should i do to correct this?
2a) Would rotating the RTP one way or another help this?
