House for Sale

Goog afternoon,
I was wondering why this beautiful house is for sale for such a long time ?
A house like this would exist in France, I would buy it right away.
Any idea ?
Is it in the middle of nowhere ?
Is it way to expensive ?
Thank you for your answer.
Have a good day.

Pretty awesome pad! Bit expensive for Florida but not outrageous for what you get. Kindof in the middle of nowhere I suppose.

I know the house well (in fact I showed it last week); the house was built by a top, highly respected builder, to the highest standards. The lake is phenomenal, and the offered price is below the replacement cost of the improvements. Feel free to message me if you would like any additional information.

Bit expensive for FL hmmmm. Try getting a place like that on the Butler chain of lakes in Windermere FL just outside of Orlando. What's awesome about The Reserves lake is the size. Fits 2 slalom courses side by side. Pick your course depending on wind. Not that it's much of an issue with 100'+ pine trees all the way around. Lake is deep and you can see 15 feet down or more it's so clear. It skis like no other. About 30mn from the beaches of Daytona and New Smyrna. Love that place.
