    I’m a Rock/ice climber and ski mountaineer when I’m not skiing.
    I train with Steve House who has created a training program specific for climbers and alpinists. is his company. It’s amazing the difference when you train specifically for your sport. I wish there was something like this for slalom.

    @disland I do an hour TRX workout every morning at 5 and I never get fatigued. After reading the article, I think maybe adding a couple of failure days migh help me get to the next level.
