    Not a deeded lot. 37 lots on a 3 lake sight. Address is 28311 Millux rd Arvin , Ca 93203.

    @LoopSki you are looking at between 100k and 250k for a deeded lot without any improvements around here. That lot at Ski West is a killer deal.

    I would sell my place if anyone wanted it and I need 300K - also not deeded.

    Pretty sure that with a deeded lot you would own the land as opposed to just having a home on land owned by the ski lake company, assume an annual fee for being on their land?

    I may be wrong , but I don't think you can get normal home loan if any loan at all.

    non- deeded lot means you purchased a portion of a corporation. It is not a unique piece of property that you can get a home loan against because you do not own the title on your actual parcel. In my case I own 1/6 of the corporation that owns my Lake. That one sixth ownership gives me rights to my lot which has my house on it.

    Most lots in Newberry & Bakersfield are not deeded. The deeded lots are at least twice as expensive.

    $ 330 a month. The place also has a nice 2 car garage. Cannot build homes on our sight , this house is one of the few that were allowed.
