2014 SN 200 has engine cover seal falling off? WTH

Did this happen to anyone else? The seal on the engine cover is just falling off.
I just pulled the whole thing off thinking hard to fix and might get caught in accessory drive belt.

    Do you mean the insulation? If so, that's pretty common.

    It is a rubber seal around where top and bottom portion of engine cover come together.

    Clean both surfaces with alcohol or lacquer thinner and use 3m trim adhesive (preferably the black) version, apply to both surfaces, let tack up according to directions.

    Had a spot that peeled. Did what @JackQ suggests as well. Worked like a charm.

    jack up the engine box and slide in a ProStar.

    I’ve had the same problem. The whole thing is pretty much gone. My dealer tried to fix it, but they did a crappy job.

    I had the same issue. I used 3M black weatherstrip adhesive. Worked great.

    Shoe goo works great as well.
