I may have to go to Calgary for two days in mid Sept and will likely have some free time.

Any suggestions for a ski site? I emailed Predator Bay but have not heard back. Does anyone know a contact there that might get me in for a set or two?

I have a friend who lives in Calgary and the weather there this year hasn't been very conducive to waterskiing if you ask me. I'd imagine September wouldn't be any better.

Calgary is near perfection in September. Predator Bay is supposed to be very accommodating to visitors.

@ShaneH your friend is obviously super fussy cause it's been a pretty good year so far...

@Laz maybe @SkiJay could help you out, he skis there...

@Laz I'm a member at Predator Bay and would be happy to invite you out as a guest. In september the water is a bit chilly (low 60s at best) but the weather and setting is usually beautiful. I'm headed down to Florida Sept. 11, so If you are coming later than that, let me know and I'll set you up with someone else. ... because understanding is better than memorizing

@SkiJay I will be Calgary for the weekend of Sept 15/16 for a dull medical conference. I would love to visit your site and will ski if the water is not frozen. Do you know who might be around that weekend?

I will be back in Florida by then, so I'll check around and PM you with contact info. Feel free to follow up with me if you've not heard back within a week or so. We are hosting the Canadian Nationals this week, so it's a bit hectic around here right now. ... because understanding is better than memorizing
