Plus I think he is a Reflex guy and that was on a VMax binding. To me that is more impressive.

+1 on the binding. Don't know how you go from Reflex to that and run 41 on that ski. Willy is a stud...

They had another ski under the water and he switched it out...LOL. JK, those guys can ski on a 2x4 and get 38 off.

Little bit of swerve action going on! :D

    But still impressive!

The beard slows him down. He looks like he belongs to Al Qaeda
    Shut up and ski

Looks like he should be "fighting" Al Qaeda you mean. He's got the SEAL team look.

Really, "tacti-cool" is something actual marines say? Sounds more like verbiage I'd expect from pre-teen first person shooter players! (Or from me... :) )

@rico I'm not following. Because Will Asher is 5 standard deviations to the right of me in athletic ability, I'm going to think I could ski just as well on a lower end ski?
Or this just my day to not get it? :)

It was an old version but I took the HO Cx (I think it was called that) through 38 when new. My friend took it into deep 39 and bought one to take back home to Italy. He came off a Monza. Capable ski no doubt. Prob overlooked by most as a ski to test.

@Rico it's my opinion that as a hack skier the higher end skis work better. The pros can ski on a 2x4.

I had a cofx SL and it was a great ski but the A3 was literally 10x thr stick for me. Way more agile and quicker responding for me.

@wtrskior that's that name of the ski I was talking about. Pretty much tested all the skis that yr and it held its own nicely. Sleeper ski for sure. Betting the new one is as well.

Amazing skiing. He make that seem so easy.

And it reminds me of one of my favorite videos that shows it's not the equipment, or the boat, or the Perfect Pass/ZO or anything else that makes these guys so great.

Wakeboard (yeah I know) video from 1994. (Skip to around 1:40 to have your mind blown)

Scott Byerly riding behind an outboard powered barefoot boat, with a directional surfboard, with sandal type bindings, throwing inverts.

It's the indian, not the arrow.

Nutty video. At about 6:40 he throws an invert without using the wake!
