What I noticed after watching the BD webcast and what I see in this video is that the difference between these immortal skiers and the rest of us seems to be the consistency of position on ski. Simply stated, they don't change their position on the ski -- it is the same in the lean, the glide, and the hook up. They are stacked in the same spot on the ski at all times. I've been working to do this better and when I do, it definitely makes a huge difference in the efficiency of the ski working and running through the turn. It also keeps me from kissing the tip at the 1,3,5.

Also, they seem so relaxed all the time. No panicking, scrapping, etc.

@Razorskier1‌ I thought exactly the same thing. There is almost no movement on the ski. It is definitely something I need to work on.

what I have noticed is that all the great skiers have excellent balance. KC and Brooks beat me in balance tests all the time and they dont even try. Rossi is another skier, I over heard a specialist in foot orthodicts tell him he has excellent balance after a series of tests.

I was noting the same "quiet" skiing when I watched the Wim DeCree video the other day.
