Best way to clean the bottom of a ski

IlivetoskiIlivetoski Posts: 1,185 Crazy Baller
I bought the grenade green V type a few weeks ago and my Malibu has a black fiberglass platform. The black rubs off on the bottom of the ski and really shows on the yellow bottom. Anyone else ever experienced anything like this? Would soap and water just be the best thing to use?

Denatured alcohol if the soap doesn't work. I would probably throw a junk towel down before I put my ski on. Either way, sounds like a pain.

Sounds like it is time to replace your platform pad if it is leaving residue.

Or just ski up onto beach sand. Removes everything.
    Stir vigorously then leave!
