what is this and what do I do with it?

okay I know what it is but I have no idea what boat it goes to or where it came from. does anybody want it? anybody have a good idea on what to do with it? My wife wants me to put it in the dumpster.

    I would use it at a starting dock as a lower tiered place to put a ski on. Mount it closer to the water than the dock surface, so the skier can use the higher surface of the dock as support while they put the ski on. Then, since it’s lower to the water, it’s easier for the skier to lower themselves in. If you can put it on an adjustable bracket, the height of that lower platform can change with the water level.

    I’ve been to a few sites where the dock is quite far off the water or has posts in the way when the skier wants to swing the ski off the dock before getting in.
    The worst slalom equipment I own is between my ears.

    @B_S that's what I was thinking, make it into a small putt putt course.

    The lags going backwards into it from behind are weird not sure what boat had that.

    Dumpster. I do like the lower platform of the starting dock idea. Executed really well at skiwatch with a really nice, original wood platform from a boat.
