Wireless for Splasheye Jump Sensor?

Has anyone tried to set up a wireless connection for the jump sensor, instead of using Coad out to the ramp?

Also, for those using Coax, any need for gel-filled/flooded cable, or QUAD shield?

A decent coax cable will work but will likely need to be replaced once a year or so. Since you take the ramp out each winter that will extend the life of the cable.

Keep the end dry, water intrusion will kill the coax.
