While our Nautique event partners continue to stay dedicated to the safety of our athletes, attendees and families that take part in our world-class events, we regret to inform everyone that the 2021 @moombamasterswaterski has been cancelled. Our team is already working on the 2022 event, and we can't wait to be back on the Yarra River at the @moombafestival! 🙌🏽

Hate to see an event of this stature cancelled. The Formula 1 race has been postponed from April to November so Moomba is not an isolated move.

The thing you folks in the states will find strange is the fact that we have hardly any COVID in Australia. In Melbourne we just had a small outbreak and quick lockdown but that seems to be sorted out already. Very disappointing to have no Moomba based on the ruse of public safety.

@rockdog maybe Melbourne wants to keep it that way? I recall a pro competitor saying she went there last year sick and still competed. No judgement, just what was said.
