Looking for somewhere to ski near Tampa

Looking for a ski site near Tampa. I’ve skied at a few sites near Orlando but looking for something closer. I’m also interested in a house to rent/buy.

McCormicks for sure! The lake skis really good. Michael’s a great coach too.

You can't beat Michael McCormick if you're in Tampa. Super nice guy with great instruction. Wonderful lake with a nice SN200. It's just 10 miles east on I4 from Tampa.

Lucky Lowe Ski School in Lakeland. Never been there though.
Ski Fluid, Polk City. I believe the MasterCraft Pro tournament was held here.
McCormick is excellent. That lake skis great.

This house at Swiss Fairways looks interesting. It's in Clermont which is just under 90 minutes from Tampa. I'm also looking to buy a house in this area on a lake. I just don't know how it works at Swiss Fairways if you are allowed to own you own boat or if you are required to use a club boat and pay membership and for pulls.

This house for sale is on Champions lake , each owner owns part of the lake and you can have your own boat and we have a rotation system , not sure if you got my reply to your pm to me ?

Does anyone have any updated info or new suggestions? I just moved to Tampa so looking for places to ski. I know of Mccormicks in Seffner or else between Fluid and Ski Paradise however these are ~1hr drive.
