Who’s ready to get fit for the ski season?! It’s February and we’re all starting to think about how to best prepare for the upcoming spring. Our first round of cross training programming was a huge success and we wanted to bring it back in a bigger and better way. That’s why Elizabeth Montavon and I launched our very own Ski or Die cross-training app! This seamless, web-based app is updated every week with NEW 30-45 minute workouts, fine-tuned to meet the needs of athletes of all levels.

We are offering 2 programs:
Foundations 2.0 - an at-home, bodyweight program
POWER - a gym-based, weight training program
