Update to the BPMS Rules

A few key notes

• BPMS is now required for Class L & R events
  
• The tolerance has expanded from 20cm to 25cm ( except for Class R )
  
• The "Zone" measurement is no longer part of the rules.
  
• Tweaks to the re-ride rules

Getting rid of the zone measurement was a good idea.

Although anticipated, all are welcomed improvements. Good riddance to Zone, and increase to 25cm for L seems to be a good trade off for becoming mandatory.

@bojans Why is it a barrier? If your site doesn’t have SP or a similar device and you still want to run an L, I can guarantee that your TC will have one you can use.

No stress man. The purpose of threads like this is educate. I would be willing to bet you are not the only one who misunderstood that point. Nobody is more guilty of misreading and misunderstanding than I am.
