    One of the authors (John Runciman) is on campus at the University of Guelph which is where I work. I was going to give him a heads up that you guys were discussing the paper, but his auto reply says he's on sabbatical until April. I seem to remember reading this some years ago. It seems more comprehensive than I remember so perhaps there was an earlier one, not sure.
