I like Gear Aid Seam Grip. Similar to aqua seal, less expensive, available in 8 oz tubes. Lasts forever stored in the freezer. You will find lots of uses for it once you have it.
I used normal superglue that you can find in a hardware store for this exact problem with my RTP two years ago. Use a lot, and clamp it down while it dries.
I have used this stuff for years on skis, mounting hard drives, and most everything household. Press it together over-night. I go through a few tubes every year.
Hardware stores have it, and it comes in about 8 different versions . . but I am pretty sure its all the same.
