Skiing in/around Outer Banks, NC?

Just wondering if there is anywhere to ski in/around Nags Head, NC. We are there for a week and looking to possibly find a place to get a set or two in. Thanks in advance!

    @PUoldmaid Yep, we have a lake not too far from there. Let me know your time frame, and I can try and set you up with some ski sets.

    Just saw this. I operated OBX Wakeboard & Water-Ski on the Outer Banks for past 15 years but Covid and selling my 18 Prostar during Covid pretty much shut us down. We do have a 1992 we bought as a temporary boat but she’s not running well enough for course skiing. Maybe next week if ur still in town. If not next year we will be back with the new generation Prostar. You can always find out number using Google

    @Drew_Wright_OBXtoFl - no problem. Was hard to squeeze anything in during the week anyway. Any relation to the Wright Bros? Lol

    Was driving to the Outer Banks via NC64 this weekend, and saw what appeared to be 2 courses sitting side-by-side to the north of the road at some point (ICRC exactly where along the route, but I think it was maybe 30-45 mins west of Manteo...) Was that your place @BobF ? Looked pretty serene!

    @jim_s That's the right place! Only one course, though. It's angled in the lake, so maybe looked like 2? Just east of Plymouth NC, right off of 64.
