Ski vs. Log

I'm not sure who won this battle. My daughter chopped the log in half with her fin, but the log gave my daughter a solid body slam.

Glad she is OK that could have done some serious damage to her.

Glad she is alright. How did the ski/fin make out that we can't see?

That is some good luck! I am glad she was not hurt.

@OB Wow, good eye! This picture was taken after we'd cruised back to the dock, and contrary to the WakeGate's label, lifting the WakeGate OUT of the water (jump/trick position) allows a faster, more fuel efficient cruise. (Does anyone here know why they labeled it this way?)

As for my daughter, she was winded but otherwise uninjured (oh to be young again), and incredibly, neither the ski nor the fin showed any damage, although the fin was back and shallower by a couple thou. Fortunately the log had been in the water for a long time. All the same, I've never seen anyone go down that suddenly before. Kinda scary!

This was an accident. That you would think we did this on purpose is a riot! You must hang with an "interesting" crowd.
