For those of you who use ZO, at what speed does the boat enter the course at 34 and 36 mph ?

I haven't looked in a long time, but it was 34.7mph a few years back.

What speed at slower speeds? 21, 23, 24.9?

Can anyone do some testing and get back to me?

I have often thought that there should be a time requirement from the 55's to the gates. Alot of judges have said so as well. Could be coming soon. With all the high powered boats this should be doable, even on short setups.

From what I notice it depends on where the skier pulls out in relation to the settling of the boat. If they pull right after engagement it is around 34.6 or 36.4 After it settles I would say a little less. I will look for you today.

Today with 34.2mph skiers, the boat came through the gates at 34.7 every single time.

@ShaneH have you tried easing the throttle in more slowly? I know at our site the divers who hammer it and just push the throttle all the way down the boat will be at a faster speed into the gates.

Doesn't matter on our boat at our site, it comes in 34.7 every pass.
