Ski for my friend

My friend needs to buy a used slalom. He is a big guy6'6" and 285. He doesn't have much to spend and wants to only spend $150 or so. Does anyone have an old 71 inch ski or larger with extra large binding and rtp they would want to sell. Old is fine it just needs to be big enough for him as he doesnt ski all that much. Thanks.

    Hi
There is a Radar P6 71" on ski it again for 145.
IT is a very nice ski with underestmated capabilities capable of short line skiing.

    Best luck

Has anyone skied am HO vengeance asx? My friend will not go beyond 30 mph 15 off for a long time and it is probably buy something old like this or just keep struggling on an even worse ski that is way too small for him. Thoughts?

I believe the biggest Vengeance was 69" which is not big enough for a 285 lb. skier at 30 MPH. The 71" P6 is an awesome ski for a big guy even if I am a bit, okay, quite a bit biased. If he can get a 71" P6 for 145.00 he should grab it.

I have a 70" HO CDX1 that is in great condition. It is a 2002 but hasn't been used since 2007. I am sure I would be willing to sell that but I have to check to see what bindings are on it. Pm me if interested and I can dig it out.

I agree with eddie.. He needs surface area. 71" p6, 71" free ride, or the 71" triumph. The triumph is probably the smallest of the three. The big daddy is super easy, but would have the least performance.

He bought a 2011 p6 from the radar closeout store for 119. Now he needs a front boot and rtp. Anyone have bindings that would fit this ski they would want to part with? He is a size 13 shoe. Thx.

Radar closeout has Prime boot 10-14 for 99.99 and RTP for 50.
That would be a perfect setup at a great price.
    Best luck

Thanks. I saw that. He may go that route but I think he'd prefer to buy some used bindings cheaper if possible, but I'm not sure what would fit that ski.

@Brady, you got anything for this guy? You should be down to the 68" Strada by now... ;)

@AB @WBLskier I will check. I have an HO triumph I don't use anymore and an older senate that might work. Not too worried about the price, just happy to help a fellow baller out.
    I ski, therefore I am

Thanks, Brady. Would you pm me if you found anything? He just needs bindings.
