very far from being an expert but the main 3 i see are

1- your not ever stacked or aligned over the ski on your on side pull
2- you change edges and release handle at the same time
3- you block the finish of your off side turn when you rotate your right arm and shoulder around to reach for the handle.

    I feel like one.Ran my first 32 6 years ago.No 35 yet.
Sometime ,i get the feeling everyone on BOS run 39...
OK.maybe not a Wally but still need your advices Than ...and others!!!

@Andre There's not too many people on earth who have run -39, although we're very fortunate that several of them contribute quite a lot to BoS. Personally, I'm starting to get some handle on -38 (though no completions yet this year), and even so I can't understand how -39 is even possible. Nothing like a half meter to change everything!

Understood on wanting advice. Hopefully I'll find the time for some "real" comments soon.

Thanks for the comments. That s what i was looking for.Another perspective from my own analysis.Just back from skiing and stayed at 28 off to work on body position and delayed my reach while keepin the handle close, that help on width. Thanks!
Good coaching is not an option near where i live. You guys are the only ones that can help me ski better so go ahead and tell me what i am doing wrong!

@Andre As you know, I am anything but an expert! I would offer one observation, but only because you asked for it. When you are starting, you seem to go very fast from the 55's out to get ready to go through the entrance gates. It seems if you slow this process down, you will be able to get much wider and have an easier go at the balls. From all the videos of the pros and @Than_Bogan I see, they get really wide at first, and they seem to be waiting for the gates. Yours seem to be very fast and not as wide.

With that said, I would give you certain body parts to be able to ski as well as you right now!!! So take that advice in the spirit in which it was given. With nothing but humility and respect for your ability!!!
    I ski, therefore I am

Thanks Brady!I appreciate your comment and i think you re right too! I m not high enough on the side of the boat when i turn in for the gate.Truth is, i ve got a poor gate when i start cutting rope off...I ll work on this too!
Keep those comments coming guys! I appreciate the time you take to help me!
    I really do!

Forget about 3 things. Fix one thing. Position, position, position. Get stacked and stay stacked.
