Just noticed on facebook there is a bill in the NH house defining "wakeboat". Text from the states website is attached. This is the next step towards regulation in NH. It's sad that it's come to this. Some wake boat drivers are unaware of (or don't care) their impact on the lake and others. Too bad for those that use their craft responsibly. Also, applying the letter of the law this could also affect any ski boats with ballast, wedge, hydrogate.
